Within 1-2 business days of placing your order, after the item has been scanned by our warehouse and is ready to ship, you will receive an email from us containing your package tracking information. Please bear in mind it might take a few hours for the link to activate.
Your local freight company will have the most accurate information on the status of the delivery, and may give you options to schedule your delivery as required.
If you have not received your Tracking Number, please contact us here and we will look into this for you immediately.
UK orders: Note that, once the order has cleared customs, the parcel will be handed over to Parcel Force for which, you will have a separate tracking number, included in the shipping confirmation email.
